Medical Question

I'm very lucky to have a surgeon for a husband. I was looking at my hubby's belly sitting on the couch (I was sitting on the couch, not his belly) and I wondered out loud...
"Could I bite through your flesh to get to your insides?"
.................very long, very scared pause...................
"......I think it would take more than one bite......"
