Gabriela's first dance class

Through this organization affiliated with the hospital, our kids can take classes basically at cost. This is fantastic seeing as though a six week class that meets once a week for thirty minutes runs roughly $200-$400... I know, appalling. We get the same thing for $30. Sweet deal. Yesterday was GC's first day and it did not go as expected. Gabriela is normally quite the boisterous one and demands attention from everyone in the room. In comparison to her bff Kaitlyn, it always seemed to me that of the two, Kaitlyn was a little bit more reserved.... until yesterday. Not only did they completely morph personalities, but they also went to the extreme other end! Gabriela spent 15 minutes of the class with her head as far up my shorts as possible, *refusing* to make eye contact with anyone other than Betsy and Kaitlyn (the first 10 were spent waiting for the instructor...). And the last 5 minutes she really, really loved it. She was shaking her hands and stomping and bouncing up and down. Her little friend Kaitlyn really got it though the whole time! It was so cute! She LOVED it. There was this song that would sing and then yell, "FREEZE". At that moment when all were supposed to be still and quiet, every time, Kaitlyn would yell, "AGHHHH!" It was awesome. The whole experience was so odd to observe. I had never seen Gabi as the shy one, but after yesterday, I may not have her quite as figured out as I thought.
